We are delighted to announce an exhibition of work by our artist-in-residence and Senior Fellow, Prof. Dr Lynne Cameron, and the launch of her new book of artworks I paint ~.

 

Lynne Cameron’s residency at the Freie Universität has produced a lively interaction of drawing, painting and words, in response to living in Berlin and working in Cinepoetics - making art, watching films and talking theory. Her abstract paintings around the themes of presence and absence offer contemplative spaces created through strong use of colour. Works on paper and on screen include drawings in conversation with film viewing.

 

The exhibition is open from 13.00 – 17.00 on Thursday 6 July and 10.00 – 16.00 on Friday 7^th. There will be an artist talk at 13.30 on Thursday 6 July.
